And by taking an active role to manage and coordinate the practical elements of your wedding ceremony, everything will unfold seamlessly around you.

What venues and locations are best suited to a Tailor-Made Wedding?
Anywhere and everywhere! They can be small and simple, or big and bold - but they are always personal, memorable and meaningful. These type of ceremonies are often suited to large and formal wedding venues, but equally they're just as much at home in your home!
Can we meet you before we decide to book?
Yes! Our short introductory meeting is a very relaxed, no-obligation chat to discuss your initial plans and thoughts, to explain the process, for you to ask questions and for you to check me out!
Do we meet in person before the wedding?
Around two months ahead of your wedding date I’ll be in touch to arrange a detailed planning meeting so we can begin the ceremony writing process. I'll have lots of questions to ask, and I'll guide you through what I need to know. I'll help you focus on what you need to think about and the decisions you need to make.
I'll use all the information, stories and thoughts from our planning meeting to write you an awesome and unique ceremony. It's a collaborative process, so I'll send you the script to make any changes and give final approval to ensure it's word perfect. I'll also give you some really helpful advice and tips to make sure you're fully prepared for the wedding day.
Do I need to do any paperwork?
No - leave al that to me! The easy and secure online booking gives me all the information I need to produce your legal paperwork and start planning your ceremony.
We're not sure where to start - can you help us with ideas?
Of course! That's a big part of my job. If you have booked a Tailor-Made Wedding, you'll be given access to my Wedding Wiki. It contains loads of tips, advice, pointers and help. That will get you thinking along the right lines and prepare you for when we meet to discuss and plan your ceremony in detail.
Do you bring a PA system?
I bring my professional PA system with microphones, input for music and line out for wedding videographers. If you're having recorded music, simply tell me what songs you'd like and I look after all of that for you too!
Can we write our own wedding vows?
Yes you can! I'll help you with plenty of ideas and examples.
How long does the ceremony last?
It depends on the complexity of your ceremony but allowing a 30 minute window for your ceremony works well.
What time do you arrive on the day?
At least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Ceremony optional extras
A simple Marriage Certificate is included with every wedding and is presented to you after the ceremony.
For any official reason, such as changing your surname, applying for visas, proving your marriage outside Australia etc, you'll need a different kind of certificate.
A range of Commemorative Certificates is also available in a choice of designs.
As well as being your Marriage Celebrant, I can also be your MC for your wedding reception.
I'll carry the same professional, stylish and fun presentation from your ceremony through to your reception and make sure we continue on the right vibe.
