My wife and I have been using this phrase a lot recently, and it begins “Words cannot describe”; usually followed by a string of things that people have done for us, which anyone who has been married will relate to.
Stephen is no exception, words really don’t do justice to the ceremony he produced for us; to say we loved it would be a complete understatement. The care and love he pours into them is evident for all to see, the ceremony highlighted the things that are important to us, the things that mark us as individuals and those that bring us together. Stephen is a wonderful, caring, patient celebrant and we could not have wished for anyone better to be there on our special day.
It’s not just the ceremony though, Stephen’s thoroughness in talking with us before the big day made the ceremony all the better and made us feel comfortable and like we were being married by an old friend. His willingness to jump headlong into our Steampunk theme and turn up on the day bedecked with top hat, goggles and all, impressed us and we have heard nothing but praise from all our friends and family that were there.
Now i’m waxing lyrical, but every word is meant and heartfelt, my wife and I could not be happier that we are now married, happier still that we chose Stephen to do so. Choosing a wedding celebrant, in hindsight, is a little like falling in love I think, you just know, and we did.
Thank you Stephen.
