TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

Extra security for your account

What is Two Factor Authentication?

Two Factor Authentication (or 2FA) is an extra layer of security to protect your account.

If you enable Two Factor Authentication, you'll log in with your email address and password as normal. But you'll then be asked to enter a six digit code to grant access to this website. This code changes every 30 seconds.

Two Factor Authentication makes sure that people logging into to this website are who they say they are. 2FA is optional, but we highly recommend that you enable this setting for maximum security.

How do I generate my login code?

You'll need to download an authenticator app to your phone which will generate your login codes. We recommend Google Authenticator which is free and easy to use. Search in your App Store or use the download links below.

How to set up your authenticator app

The easiest way is to scan your personal QR code below. Or you can enter your private key. There are two versions of private key depending on which authenticator app you are using.

You have three emergency codes that can be used. Keep them in a safe place; if you lose your authentication device, then you can use them to log in. These can only be used once each.
